For many years I have been attending Pilates classes led by Antje Reifschneider. The course is great and gets my body good. Since last year I also teach yoga classes by Udo Reifschneider. Both positively affect my body. The atmosphere during the hours is pleasantly relaxing, I take a lot in the normal everyday life.

At this point I would like to say thank you. Udo and Antje helped me with the physiotherapy in many ways. They always advised me. For over 12 years I'm going to Antje Pilates, which I do very well. It makes the course very varied and everyone has a lot of fun doing it. Recently I also go to yoga with Udo. By taking advantage of other muscles again, I always go to each new week very relaxed.
