I really enjoy going to the various courses. They are varied and you also get good impulses on how to improve your general condition. Fred always has an open ear and responds to everyone individually. The people are all super nice and I always come out of the courses in a good mood. The various workshops that are offered out of sequence are also highly recommended and instructive, whereby fun and relaxation are never neglected. A clear recommendation from me.

Especially the subject of "back" was a worthwhile positive experience with Fred for me. Because of my professional ties to my desk, I always had problems with my back, and with "back yoga" I finally have no more complaints. Thank you for the now better quality of life.

Very nice studio, the yoga training is very professional. The trainer controls and corrects the posture with a lot of social competence. The exercises give you a very good explanation and are very well instructed. The yoga teacher gives a lot of tips. He adapted the exercises to her pregnancy for a pregnant participant who took part in relaxation yoga with me. Yin yoga is also highly recommended. For all those who have tension, shortened muscles and sticky fascia or simply want to switch off, they are in good hands there. I can highly recommend Fred the yoga teacher and the yoga studio. Over the years I have been able to accumulate some comparisons in other studios.

A wonderful place to shift down a gear and get back to yourself. The natural environment is good in every respect, the yoga classes are very healing and develop a strengthening and relaxing effect after a few days. Fred is very inspiring and does a great job. I would love to come back.Very nice yoga studio and above all a very emphatic yoga teacher who really takes time for the participants. Definitely recommendable!
