My sewing machine had to be repaired or serviced. In the first personal conversation - without a machine in my luggage - the lady was extremely friendly and promised me a repair period of 2-3 days. During this visit, I was already amazed at the many, many machines that were in the small shop, but suspected that these machines are ready for collection. When I brought my sewing machine, the older lady was no longer very friendly, harshly asked for the 25.00 euro deposit in cash (in Corona times ???) and already spoke of a repair time of about 10 days, she would me call as soon as the machine is finished. I pointed out that I urgently needed to sew protective masks, it didn't matter. After two weeks I asked and got the snappy answer "No, it is not your turn yet, you have seen how many machines are in the shop, they are in front of you". Since my trust was no longer present due to all the untruths, I gave the lady - after consulting a lawyer - a period of one week and stressed that my machine should not be repaired. I called Ms. Knobloch every day to remind her of the appointment, she never knew what to do with my name! On the day of pick-up, the machine was quite dusty and the deposit of € 25 was repaid. In the last conversation, as in all the previous ones, Ms. Knobloch always blamed her husband (who apparently is doing the repairs) for the delay. Besides, I would have misunderstood her every time ... even though my husband was present at the interviews! Conclusion: the lady is only friendly when there is an order. Either she is completely overwhelmed or understands perfectly how to tell the falsehood, find excuses or blame - all possibilities are not trustworthy and absolutely unprofessional. I was actually afraid for my rather high quality sewing machine! I can only strongly advise against doing business here of any kind! The greatest caution is required!

Unfortunately, the only shop nearby that has taken on sewing machine repairs. At the beginning of 2020 we grabbed the toilet on ebay classifieds and unfortunately bought a machine that was already defective. We wanted to have this checked and get an offer. After 8! For weeks we finally received the information that it should cost around 100 - 150 euros. We refused and my wife had bought a new sewing machine in the meantime. At home we noticed that we got the machine back more defective than it already was. A plug appeared to have broken off. The pedal could no longer be inserted. We brought the machine back and confronted the lady with it. Of course she refused at first, but then she kept it and wanted to install a new plug. Now it stands there 15! Weeks - a call from me every week and again and again we are put off that no spare parts are available due to the current corona pandemic. Today I received a call from a gentleman who had not introduced himself and asked if I was still ticking cleanly, to claim that the machine was broken by the technician. I burst there. It is now being handed over to a lawyer. This is my personal experience, which I would like to share here. Absolutely not reliable. Disastrous. Incomprehensible!

Unfortunately, very unreliable. I waited several months for the machine I had ordered. Then I found out from another dealer that it was no longer manufactured. Lie to us! Absolutely not to be recommended! Callback was never made, not even on repeated calls from my side.
