Museum der 50er Jahre

A cute little museum. It was great to see many items my grandparents used to have :)

Simply wonderful, with a lot of love the life of the 50s is designed and presented. It is a pleasure to spend some time here and indulge in old times. Nice that such sites still exist.

Fantastic museum, lovingly and authentically opened! I've been there a number of times, even when the museum was still based in Cuxhaven. The location in Bremerhaven, in the former chapel of the U.S. Armed forces, is much more authentic and therefore more appropriate. The opening times could be more frequent and the interest among young people could also be greater. An expansion into the former AFN building to the left of the current museum entrance would be even more grandiose. Time travel to the past, always happy! Thank you that you exist!

Small journey back in time to the 50s and 60s. Very nicely done. Worth a visit.
