We have used the funeral service several times and have always been very satisfied. The staff were courteous and were always open to our concerns. It was particularly important for us that we could say goodbye to our loved ones in peace and as often as we wanted until the funeral. For this purpose, our own premises in the institute were available in which we were undisturbed.
