Best Western Plus Hotel City

Clean, tidy and very central to the key attractions of the city. Is slightly outdated and our room was not air-conditioned, which I assume is fine most of the year. Also no lift from street to reception(only one flight of stairs), just a steep slippery ramp to pull your language up. Also has very nice breakfast, strongly recommend.

This is the best Best Western hotel I have stayed. My room was large and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only gripe was while there was a well stocked mini-bar with a good selection of bottles of soft drinks and beer there was no bottle opener! Guess that was why it was well stocked 😊

Excellent hotel to stay at in the heart of Copenhagen. Walking distance to the Nyhavn pier, which is full of restaurants and plenty of boats that have lights that go on at night. The hotel included a full breakfast, and have to say there was plenty of choices for everyone; eggs, bacon, bread, cereal, fruit, fruit salad, juices, milk, water, coffee, tea, pastries, and the ladies that look after the breakfast are extremely nice and accommodating. The hotel staff were also great to deal with and are extremely helpful, from getting me a quiet room(due to construction happening at the hotel), to ordering a taxi back to the airport to go home. The room was very comfortable to be in and cozy, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location is great the staff is so very nice and helpful. It's very clean. The breakfast buffet was very good. We will stay there next time. And you can bring your dog. What's not to like.
