They don't care about foreigners. They can be very slow in rendering services to foreigners. They also need to hire someone specifically to speak English and help the non speaking Spanish customers get in and out quickly with their business. They also thinks that they are doing us a favor, but we do not need them, they need us. I'm thinking about pulling out my US account there. And for the security guards, they always want to control and also very nosey. Not a good bank.

My girlfriend banks here and every time she goes inside I’m sitting waiting in the car for like 20 to 30 minutes. I don’t know what the heck is going on in this place but because of the wait time I will not even step foot inside.

They need more staff. The service is too slow. The one who goes to customer service goes day by day. It must have a good breakfast because it easily enters at 9 am and leaves at 3 pm

Bad exchange rate. Good service. From around 9 a.m. waiting times. Good account management even with foreign exchange accounts.
