Cooperativa Momon Bueno

The Momón Bueno Savings and Credit Cooperative, Inc., headquartered in the municipality of Partido, Dajabón, was founded on June 26, 1968. Motivated by the desire to grow, to market their agricultural products and to offer other services to the municipality of Partido, twelve men from this progressive community come together with the ideal of forming an organization for these purposes. Under the advice of the Catholic Church and the Cooperative Development and Credit Institute (IDECOOP) the entity in the end varies its objectives and gives rise to what we know today as the Momón Bueno Savings and Credit Cooperative, Inc., an institution with solidity, projection and vision of individual and collective development.
