Unfortunately the customer service is depressing. Furthermore, it seems that they do not have a departmental hierarchy or the people who work in it are not capable enough to provide a service. This time I have tried to locate the dep. sales of goods for three weeks and I have not been able to find anyone to tell me or give me information about it. Bank Manager, Marketing and Human Resources Department, do they exist? have to work this. Because it does a lot of damage to the corporate image of the entity that these types of situations suffer. In the service area at noon the attention is extremely slow, approximately 1hr of permanence. The staff has a good attitude, but the speed of attention needs to be improved.

The treatment of the staff is good and friendly.

It is a place very consistent with my needs, very good service and efficiency.
