This is the bank to choose if you like waiting for service. All bank processes are more complicated than at other banks, taking twice as long or more. They don't even ibey the country's banking laws and will close accounts when the law says they can't. Staff will privately admit to being bullied into working long hours without compensation. Overall, ugh!
