Good sevice and prepared employees.

To begin the reception is very cold, neither opens the door, nor responds when he greets you. The security agent, I do not know if he is there for the decoration but I notice several times that when the employee of the box receives me the security agent goes to the box to sniff. In customer service, they almost never solve problems, send you to another branch and discuss how customers dress. It seems that the employees come to parade. There is a favoritism inside. They serve a group of clients well and others badly. but forget that it is thanks to all the clients that receive a salary.

Excellent for PUCMM students to manage their BanReservas finances without having to leave campus, the service is top notch. The only bad thing is that it does not have an ATM in the same branch.
