Very disappointed, when I was not a client they called me to ask me when I was taking the papers, now I need a letter with the balance of a credit and I have been waiting for 3 business days and they do not deliver it. They do not answer the phone and you have to press as if you had nothing more to do than ask them to deliver the letter. Very sad and disappointing that customer service.
