Lack of efficiency in Santiago office, staff for customer service shows no urgency. Seems like they are just milking it.

I love it because it is close to my princess blue fashion business and I use it to make some payments through my daughter's account, the service is fast and there are never so many people crowded together.

The worst bank, each representative with whom you speak gives you different information on the same topic. One told me that I had to pay the Caribbean multi-assistance because if they didn't charge me a surcharge, another told me that institutional charges do not generate surcharges. Then they tell me that they will make a claim to withdraw the charges from my card and reverse the amount, then another tells me that it can no longer be reversed because I paid it and I should not have paid it, but it was the same bank that told me to pay it.
