In this branch, both the employees and the security were very kind, however they did not accept my claim. It's frustrating. I opened a savings account in dollars. Then, I was presented with the situation that I had to transfer USD $ 1000.00 dollars and they made me take two weeks and in the end what reached the destination was US $ 880.00 dollars. There is still USD $ 20.00 that is not known where they are. They charged me by mistake for a book and I had to pay for their mistake. They only charged me their commissions: $ 50.00 for the transfer, USD $ 5.00 for the card, USD $ 10.00 for closing the account, unfairly, because due to their bad service I had to do it so as not to continue generating economic and time losses. I lost more than 20 hours in lines. They also charged me USD $ 10.00. for maintaining an account that is supposed to be below the minimum balance when it does not last a month. They only made me charge, I asked to speak with the store manager since no one solved me and he refused to assist me. I mean, they make their mistakes and then the customer who pays. They don't have any kind of finesse for the customer. In this bank, only the time of the police and doctors is valuable, however, those of us who are engineers, teachers, accountants and any other professional is worth nothing for the reserves. I understand that each worker, regardless of the area they work, has their day off to do their errands. I use my days off and wait for them, I don't see why another professional can't wait. It is disrespectful for one to be in a row from 6:00 AM and someone comes at 9:00 AM and they let him pass because he is a doctor or a policeman. There is a mafia with that, the same wife of someone I know works as a secretary in a clinic and pretends to be a doctor and they leave her. That is a lack of ethics of that bank. No other bank does that. It happens to the elderly, but not to others. There is no kind of consideration for clients. And if it is because that bank provides social assistance and government payments, not all clients are like that. At least out of respect for that minority that the bank chooses, they should refrain from these classist policies. That is respect of persons. It is the worst as a bank, I do not recommend it, it is an institutional disaster. Whoever respects your time and money should not make a mistake like I did while taking advertising

It is a branch a little crowded on paydays, the cashiers are nice girls, the morning coffee is free. security is friendly and respectful.
