The location is great and very clean. The transportation is excellent, responsible driver and express destinations without unnecessary stops. The buses were also clean with great smell. You always have Taxis available outside

Once used to be the best/high class people bus line, but with time the place and their buss fleet has been slowly falling apart. It's getting 2 stars due to the fact that it's sort of the best second option. I prefer it others. Transporte Espinal Platinum is my new favorite choice and I found them because metro stopped accepting NFC/Proximity payments.

Comfortable buses. Small delays are common but nothing schedule breaking.

Transportation Metro has been the land transportation line par excellence for a large part of Dominicans, the price of its tickets has always kept a large number of customers away, but its quality and service were ultra excellent, it was a luxury to travel to Santo Domingo or Santiago in Metro. Its quality has been affected by poor management of its managers, we have seen damaged buses on the highways, poor maintenance and lack of logistics has made this excellent service has become standard. We hope in Metro put more attention and return to be the Class Transportation for Dominicans.

Terrible service. If the buses do not fill up with people, they cancel the trip. They play with the client's time.
