The people are very friendly, but if you go to customer service better go home, if you have shift 5 they will no longer be able to assist you, I do not know, if the person still does not know the bank system or they need more cash for service, But that's a nightmare.

Customer service needs to be drastically improved, there are too few people to serve customers who are going for more than just withdrawing money.
