Jungle cabanas with a fantastic atmosphere just steps away from the nearly private beach. Cabins were clean, comfortable, inviting, and set up with basic necessities. Property is controlled with a security gate. Walk north along the beach to the cliffs with caves at low tide (watch out for the slippery rocks). Walk south along the beach to the town of Las Tunas and have an amazing dinner on the beach at Restaurante D' Jinmys. Larger town of Puerto Lopez just a 20 minute drive north. Awesome on site host, Marianne, is super friendly and helpful.

Rustic but comfortable! Fall asleep to the sound of the waves, awaken to birdsong, slow your breathing to the rhythm of the tides. Amazing unspoiled beaches for miles. A very special place to relax and unwind.

It has beautiful sunsets and peaceful resort. Private beach and amazing waves. Great place for family get together or just a couples vacation. It’s a great place to unwind. Very special place for me. Will never forget 12/31/19 on the beach at sunset!!! Thanks for the great memories!

What a wonderful place. Steps from a perfect beach and gorgeous waves, beautiful sunsets (and phosphorescence if you time it right). Short drive to town with a fish market, wonderful shops, tours and food. So many fun things to do and nearby places to explore. I love Tranquilidad.

What a great retreat from being “plugged in” all the time. Sitting right in the beach, this place makes you feel like time has stopped. Angela and Mark are the best host. They know everyone who is involved in outdoor activities and they help you set up killer excursions.
