We had a really good time with Alexander Tour! We did rafting and the waterfall bike route. They gave us a lot of good advice, so we really enjoyed both activities. The prices are good and the service is even better! Thank you Darwin and especially Juan for helping us all the time :)

I heard about Alexander Tours while on the Wanderbus, and I absolutely see why they were recommended. I had the pleasure of touring with Darwin for the day, and had an absolute blast. We originally were just going to do the bike ride for one day, but had so much fun that we continued onto the Swing at the End of the World the same day (and got a great discount for adding on the extra tour), and came back the next day for another tour! Also very important for foreign travelers: Darwin made sure that the restaurants used boiled water to clean the food! Thanks to Alexander Tours, we had an excellent and memorable couple days in Baños.

Well, people have advices me about paragliding with this company. In effect the people were very nice and the schedule of departure has been respected. So why 1 star ? At our departure the weather was really bad but the employee told to us that the weather was going to clear we trusted him. When we arrived at the top of mountain we should have waiting 1 hour cause of clouds. At the departure the man told us that the weather is better even if the clouds was still here. I trusted him but I should not have. The activity was really dangerous we didn’t see nothing and we have been lost. At the landing we land into an another mountain and we has been crashed : since 3 weeks I can’t use my arm as I would like and I can not do any more physical activity for a long time .. I don’t critic the fact of I’m not been refunded but the fact that it was really irresponsible and unprofessional to Take off in this weather condition when you have lives in your hands.

Darwin is a great tour guide, he is knowledgeable about the whole country and keeps it entertaining. We had an awesome day biking to the many waterfalls in Banos!
