A place filled with art and that has great food

The staff super friendly and helpful. The rooms comfortable, clean and with beautiful views. The hotel property breathtaking. The views from the hotel, words can not describe. The hotel was able to provide information for a driver that I could hire. He was amazing, friendly, patient, helpful and just a nice guy. I can not thanking enough for all his help during all the travel we did while in Quito with my family including a 4 y/o boy and a 83 year grandmother. His name is Mr. Vadim.

Nice view and good food. Quino went too. Look at the lama outside and take a picture. He doesn't bite, unless your shoes! :-)

One of our favorite restaurants when we take groups of tourists to Ecuador. Not only has a breathtaking view but the food and the service are superb. Last time we went with a group of 12, the restaurant was packed but the waiters were so ready to help, always smiling despite the fact that they were running around to keep everybody satisfied. Do not expect super fast service, take your time, while you wait, take pictures of the crater, the clouds come and go, so sometimes it is cloudy, later it opens up and so on. I recommend you make a reservation ahead of time. If you want a quicker service, order their set menu.

The hotel has very large rooms. Comfortable beds. Fantastic views. The service is amazing. The views of the crater are spectacular. The food is also quite good. It is a trek to the city. But it is so relaxing definitely recommend this place.
