Hacienda Tambopaxi (Parque Nacional Cotopaxi)

Tambopaxi can only be categorised as a glamorous hotel in the middle of nowhere. Amazing rooms and all of them have a direct view of the Cotopaxi from their large windows. Gourmet food is served at the restaurant. Our room had 6 beds... one queen, one bunk and two in the attic. They have a fireplace in each room to ensure that you are warm and comfortable. The most surprising part if that they offer free wifi when you are in the place. Must visit

Phenomenal, this stay! In the middle of the park, overlooking the Cotopaxi. At 5 o'clock in the afternoon, when it gets cold, they light a wood stove in your room. Great food too!
