The staff and administrators went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. Any issues were promptly addressed. The food was good, usually with 2 options for lunch and dinner. They graciously accommodated us for a late check out. Overall a great experience for when on a budget. A lot of reviewers need to baseline their expectations. This is not a luxury or upscale hotel. This is a basic hotel.

I would not recommend this Hotel. The rooms are very basic and we only had cold water in the shower until we had to ask for someone who came then to fix it. We chose this Hotel because of the pool - which of course didn‘t work for the whole 4 days that we‘ve spent there. We’ve asked several times when it will work again but the guy just lied to us the whole time and said ‚tomorrow’ and became very unfriendly! We paid so much money and it was really not worth it. You can definitely find something better and even cheaper!

Friendly stuff but... - Room with smell like basement. - Air conditioning very smelly, laud and impossible to set up to work properly, seems like never cleaned. - Swimming pool first day no one informed us that works only till 8pm, two other days closed; we booked this hotel only because of this facility but was not able to use it even once. - Internet WiFi doesn’t work in the room at all. You can catch it in the public area but is that SLOW that you can forget to do anything more than sending simple messages on WhatsApp

It's a great place to stay, the food was pretty good and the swimming pool too

This place is just not worth the money. They offer kitchens but when you arrive they tell you they only have one kitchen in a way more expensive room. Also the pool was empty the whole time that we spent at this place. Staff just lied about it being filled up everyday. Rooms are ok, but not better than a cheaper Hostel. When we asked for a discount they were just really unfriendly saying it's not their fault.
