This is a very beautiful hotel, here you can share awesome moments with the animals because is an ecologic, natural, familiar place. Before this health emergency had started I went wirh my brothers and with my grandparents, it was an amazing experience because we visited the butterfly farm, the Mindo river, we fish and we got into a natural jaccuzi, that trip was really fun and realxful I really recommend this hotel to the people who loves to spend moments with the environment and with animal, I consider that this hotel is unique because the preserve and they keep nature cared for and respect it a lot

An amazing place !! Very friendly people and attentive to any requirement! However, the lighting in the cabins is quite poor and the pools ... although very beautiful ... they are not tempered 🤭 ... which makes you doubt twice whether to enter that icy water or not ☺️

Nice inn to share with the family. Recommended activities such as a visit to your butterfly farm, canopi. Good internet for teleworking too, in case you need it.

A quiet and pleasant place, very beautiful to get rid of the stress of the city and breathe fresh air, it should be improved in things such as the jacuzzi in the room, the hot water service, the pools, the signage of the facilities
