Worst experience. The man at the reception was not there and we waited half an hour after playing several times and communicating with the owner to make a reservation. The man had the worst attitude and it seemed more an inconvenience that we had arrived. Since we booked, the rooms were dirty with dust, including maggots inside the fridge and in the rooms. We spoke to the owner again and in a very unprofessional way of her she hung up the phone on us. We ended up leaving there rather than sleeping in that place, although they did not want to return the money.

I stayed at this place. Good rooms. Great place. Nice pool. Ample parking. Good prices. Ideal to be with family. At the entrance to Tena.
