Breakfast was included, and the room was large and nice. 5 minutes walk to the center. Because it is close to the road, there is a little noise. The staff was also friendly.

Good hotel for long and short time stay.its a near the waterfall of baños. Rooms are clean and peaceful location.its a nearly from the mountain and view is very good.

Are these reviews fake? Dirty room, windows are cracked and allow bugs in, spiders were in our room (which I killed and then the staff told his coworker there was nothing when we complained), were shown 3 rooms in total and I found spiders in all of them, the 3rd room we saw the bathroom smelled of mold/mildew - Their reasoning? "We missed them, we haven't cleaned them for awhile, no one stays in these rooms.... ". Was pretty disappointed with our stay. I think the justification is that it's 30-35$ a night, but the $19 hostels we've stayed at weren't crawling with spiders. I get that we're in a wild natural region - clean the rooms before guests arrive.

This hotel was most excellent value for the price. The room was excuisitely clean, perfectly located right in front of the waterfalls. The receptionist was very welcoming, informative, and helpful. A++ / Definitley would stay again.
