They’re unorganized, don’t give enough information in advance on they’re own tours, we were totally unprepared for our serious climb up Fuye Fuye volcano!! And are very unprerfecional.. I would not recommend using they’re service unless you have extremely good spanish...

I give it two stars because the vans do not have to charge the phone, the driver did not turn on the air when we arrived in Guayaquil and the offices should be open until the last van arrives, in addition they did not comply with the biosafety nor did they take the temperature or fumigate. the people who boarded
