The staff member on duty the day we visited was very helpful. We were able to get information about shopping at the Plaza de Ponchos. They also can direct you to places to eat, whether you want authentic Ecuadoran food or you are in the mood for pizza. They offer free lockers (safe boxes) big enough to hold purchases from the Plaza de Ponchos. Public toilets are not available in the building, but are just a short walk down the block from here.
