Hostal Huasicama

We spent a night here before our trek. Super glad we choose this place. Everything is in great condition and very lovely decorated. It a bit further away from the city centre but you get so much more for your money. Very comfortable beds and quite area. From the terrace you have a view over the city and if the weather allows you can see Cotopaxi. We had the best breakfast since travelling South America. The owners were really lovely and made us feel very welcome, explained the history of the town and let us store pur bags there.

We stopped by Hostal Huasicama before travelling onwards to hike the Quilotoa Loop. The Hostal has beautiful views and only a short walk to the town centre. The Hostal has recently been refurbished so the common areas and rooms are all high quality. The room we stayed in was very clean and there was plenty of hit water. WiFi also worked well. We also had breakfast included in our price which was very big and set us up well for our hike! Our hosts also went out of their way to make us feel welcome and let us store our luggage with then whilst we were hiking. Great accommodation and we highly recommend!

Excellent service. The administrators know how to guide the tourist. We plan to stay with my husband one day and we stayed 4.
