Hospedaje Don Santiago

Avoid the tourist trap! Ingapirca has limited food options. There are a few shops that offer traditional dishes and lunch specials. As a result we were drawn to this well-setup restaurant and hosteria for a late lunch. The service was terrible and the food far from eatable. Spend your money somewhere else - try to go to the ruins after breakfast or lunch and go back to Cuenca or Azogues for a nice meal. The prices are not a good reflection of the quality and service you will receive at Don Santiago.

The hostel is nice and the breakfast was rich. The big problem was that there was no hot water for bathing, when upon arrival we were told that there was. When we complained, they did not want to take responsibility. Unfortunately we were upset by this matter and therefore our experience in this place was not good.

The place is beautiful, I went to eat with my family, and although there was no one else, it took more than 40 minutes to serve us, but hey, this situation is understandable, what I did not like at all was that they never gave us the Menu menu (they said there was not) and at the time of canceling the account, we increased the values ​​mentioned above verbally, I felt cheated and would never return to this place. I do not recommend it.

The worst restaurant, the lousy service does not have a menu, they only gave me the option of chicken or pork, when they brought us the dishes the three chicken dishes were completely raw, all they did was fry the chicken again and it was completely unpleasant, the chicken pieces were all different on one plate came leg and thigh and on another two wings, and to pay 35dlls for a lousy service, a horrible meal, he did not return and I do not recommend it at all
