The room and bathroom were not completely clean. Some hairs on the floor and other stuff on the bathroom wall. Wi-Fi was pretty bad to be honest. Also we had cold water when we wanted to shower. Although that was later fixed. The only positive was the bed, that was quite comfortable.

Super comfortable rooms, excellent service

The attention of the staff is special with the guests, the prices are very good and it is strategically located in the center of Ambato next to the Cevallos park, they have parking and they serve breakfast included in the price of the room

It is very well located. However, the facilities lack extra security and safety in an emergency. It would be good to renew some things. The staff was not gracious and even though I carried a considerably large suitcase they did not help me with it. Breakfast more or less no more.
