Las Taguas

A short walk takes you to the sugar mill and they explain everything about the Panela process. And by the way you can buy freshly made powdered panela or large "banks". We tried the Jaca fruit, they are of various flavors. Plus the cane juice. A very country place, where everyone helps. I like it a lot.
