Punctuality 0. There are no 0 stars but I would put a couple of them. Instead of leaving at 10:00 they left 15 minutes late (Luckily only 15 - IRONY). He arrived at the platform after 10:00, how is he going to leave on time ??????? Of 45 passengers that can take there were 26. If the bus is full it takes 30 minutes to leave ????????? (By rule of 3). Air conditioning, NO !!! WiFi, ALSO !!!! Go crap customer service. If you want to go like roast chickens, choose Velotax.

It leaves the terminal late and then goes very fast to recover time. Bo I recommend it. Better catch United transports

It is a company that takes advantage and steals from users in addition to selling your seats twice. They remove the tickets and then they charge you when you get to hunt to go to Quitumbe claiming that they do not have the ticket when one was paid at the box office.They are the worst besides rude and disrespectful. Don't use it

Terrible service, the owner of bus 07 (velotax) asked us for the bill and never returned it, insulted us for being foreigners and accused us of not having paid him, knowing that he was given the bill, in the end when we were going to get off, they accelerated the bus just to make me fall, all this on video
