Nice resort but too pricey. WiFi does not reach all area and rooms. Staff pretty helpful and friendly. Be careful when they try to sell the multi vacaciones membership: it's very expensive, benefits are practically none. Even worse, to get a discount, they mostly offer the low category rooms, e.g. a room for three people, where one bed is very small...

This is the fifth time that I use this hotel. I can say it's beautiful have 5 pools, snack bars, 3 restaurants, also is all inclusive. The view and the beach it is beautiful. Love this place because is one of the best beaches in Ecuador

Best experience I have ever had, food is always ready in the morning, at lunch and for dinner you have three different restaurants to try, even when you go to the other side of the island, employees are really matter about your safety at the boats, at the island food is fresh and yammy. Room service is perfect, workers are so gently and even the guys of the counter are friendly and always do the best to please their guess. The only thing that didn't work out for me was the bad reception of the internet for your work but taking this away is totally a 5 stars experience. Thank you so much.

Nice all inclusive hotel, they could improve the wifi service which doesn’t work in every room. The rooms are overall very nice but could use an upgrade. The shows are not as good as they used to be.

Everything was really nice. The activities were wonderful and the beach was absolutely beautiful. The only thing that lacked some quality was the food on the buffets, especially on breakfasts
