La Laguna Galapagos Hotel

Just perfect! The crew was super helpful, helping us with everything needed for our stay (from laundry, tickets to attractions, rides and taxis, early breakfast and all at very reasonable prices). The rooms and facilities are good as well

We arrived today and quite pleased the room is lovely, great ac, internet works, there is a nice pool perfect for my daughter and I. Front desk staff is kind, helpful, and can speak English. Sharon is amazing! She helped coordinate our stay, set up our transportation and a tour that we were interested in. She communicated promptly. While in Santa Cruz she had someone at the port who helped us get to where we needed to be and once we arrived at Isla Isabelle there was someone to get us to our hotel already set up. This truly in an excellent place best place yet in the Galapagos. I’ll update again at the end of our stay. So far it’s perfect.

Great value for money and sparkling clean hotel! Also the staff was very friendly. I was in touch with Sharon way before our trip and she helped a lot with tour information, ferry tickets and many other things.

The hotel is in a perfect location, the room was clean with a great view and balcony. There was a roof deck with hot tub and the breakfast was always delicious!
