We booked Los Tunneles tour and the ferry tickets with this company. The tour was great and they even lended us long wetsuits. The sea was cold when we were there. In order for you to enjoy the whole tour in the water, long wetsuit is much better option. I can recommend this tour agency.

We did Tuneles with them, the tour was great, we saw a lot of animals thanks to the experienced guide! I also did the volcano tour with them and was really satisfied. They even helped us out when the atm on isabela did not work and made it possible to pay the boat tickets back in Santa Cruz so that we could book both tours and the boat. They were also really friendly and helped us to get the pictures from the snorkelling trip back on the mainland. We highly recommend them!

Erika helped us in a very difficult situation bc of a tourist trap. She used her time and tried everything she could to sort out the problem. I can really recommend the agency.

I was recommended this tour agency and at the end left not only with the best memory of Isabela thanks to them, but also left making friends with this lovely couple. It's good if you speak some Spanish but even if not, they will try to help you in the best way possible. They know the island better than anyone and will tell you if a certain tour doesn't make sense during a certain time. Even if that means that they will not sell this tour. It's not about the money. They want you to enjoy and they will make you feel like friends rather than customers. They even made it possible for me to get the tour pictures, even though I didn't have anything to save them on. Fui miito bem atendida especialmente por Erica. Erica foi muito amavel conseguiu de ultima hora meu passeio e se meu amigo para os Tuneles e com preço melhor que eu tinha visto. Arrumou bicicletas para nós quando já haviam acabado. Um atendimento personalizado inclusive depois de acabado seus serviços. Recomendo fortemente a companhia.
