Link Experiences

Link Experiences staff led our small family on a mind-blowing ten-day adventure through Quito and the Andes. Behind-the-scenes tours of important historical places, special access, specialists that knew where and how to go. No-way we could have come close to doing this on our own (which we usually try). This was our second trip with Link Experiences and we couldn’t be happier. Based on our earlier experience with them, we gave them complete control of our family’s trip to the Galapagos. (Our friends independently researched Link’s proposed itinerary against their usual excellent company and decided to come with us.) The trip was fantastic. Link Experiences put together and managed all parts of an extended adventure: planes, boats, expert guides, cruise, hotels, transfers. Our family typically likes to do it ourselves, but with the Galapagos we didn’t want to take a chance. It was more than worth it. Link arranged special guides/boats/hotels/access that we’d never even imagined. As a result, we experienced things that blew our minds, efficiently and cost-effectively. From the moment we walked off the plane’s jetway (even before customs), a Link representative was there showing us the way. The service never faltered. Even on the last day, our friend left his ‘fanny pack’ behind at the airline’s boarding gate under his seat. Link found it and got it back to him. They knew all the travel professionals along the way and exactly who to call. Amazing. Our trip was over the Christmas holidays and we booked later than we should have. However, Link Experiences knew who to call and what to say to get us places on the prime boats, best guides, and the right experiences…never duplicative and always delightful.

My wife and I have traveled all over the world, usually with outstanding outfitters. Recently, we went to the Galapagos’ Islands and Ecuadorian Amazon. Link Experiences managed our entire trip. We had not anticipated such concierge style service. Everywhere we went, and I do mean everywhere, a Link representative guided us to our next destination. The hotels, boats, ships, drivers and guides they found were exceptional. We had a trip of a lifetime. I cannot imagine using any other travel agent for trips to South America in the future.

I'm happy with Link. I brought a group of Canadian photographers to know Ecuador. Ana María and her team treated us with extraordinary professionalism; being always pending, organizing, mediating housing and transportation issues, organizing and modifying the itinerary to our desire and convenience. Link has been instrumental in the success we had with this group of Canadians. Thank you!

We were organizing our trip from Spain to Galapagos and the outskirts of Quito. They could not make it easier for us. Our manager was called Pilar and it was incredible the implication that everything went well we were happy and calm. In the end, knowing that you are in the hands of a professional company is the most important thing when you travel. We were in the Crucero La Pinta in Galapagos. Amazing. They recommended it to us.
