Worst airline ever!!!!! Nothing goes smooth - NOTHING!!!! Customer service, website - everything is bad! If I could give - stars, I would. They are lucky because its a kind of monopol. And they say "Flexibility" etc. Haha, NO! Don't believe not a word! They eat your money! They suck everything out of you - money and lifetime! We spent days on changing flights, calls etc.
Choose another airline if you can!!!
Very long waiting times. Their system is always down...
Wait in line was 1 hour, Due to the coronavirus passengers cancelling flights and booking for later dates. Their processing was very slow. **It has been 4 MONTHS now since I stood in this line. I went to get a refund for a canceled Latam flight. I still have not received my refund....
