Everything was great at this hotel.. amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome. The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well.

Clean rooms, excellent attention to guests and delicious breakfasts!! Fredy and his family truly make you feel welcome! Located outside the noise of the city. We had a great stay. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Great people!!!

This hotel is splendid. We stayed there for few days and the rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. The people were extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Very good service, the bedrooms were very clean and very spacious, a very quiet place and close to the city center and attractions such as the tree house and good restaurants, 100% recommended

I absolutely loved staying in Stanta Lucia hotel The Hotel was extremely clean and has excellent WiFi. Both Fredy and Christina are fantastic hosts and super friendly. They gave us a great recommendation for something to do in Banos and in all Ecuador. Breakfast was fantastic and delicious. The room was very good and super clean, and it has a small balcony. bed was comfortable, and the private bathroom was perfect. I can really recommend this place especially because of the Owners. Thank you very much Christina and Fredy you made our staying in Banos unforgettable. I absolutely loved our stay in this hotel and definitely will come back in our next visit to Ecuador
