I loved the location. The service was very good and attentive. The room was enormous for Ecuador. However, my room needed repairs: the bathroom needed to be repainted because of water stains on the ceiling. The shower head was damaged and leaked. The hotel's Wi-Fi need to be modernized, a new Ubiquiti networks mesh system would solve connection problems in high demand. Considering the price for Ecuador, I expected more quality in appearance. But good service
Very friendly atmosphere, clean, well located (near everything). It was a pleasure to be there. I recommend Hotel Novalux to my friends and family.
