Very good place to arrange to climb Cotopaxi or other mountains with Cotopaxi Travel. They were trying to help me find a climbing partner but ended up arranging a personal guide when she cancelled. They made it easy with rentals there and very professional service. Highly recommend. Quiet beautiful neighborhood.

Stopped here for lunch on the way to climb Cotopaxi. Had a very good and inexpensive fixed price meal, and was able to get some useful information on the climb from the staff. It looked like they also have some well-worn mountaineering gear to rent. Did not stay here so cannot comment on the hostel.
