Rooms are small but all you need! They are also very clean! Hotel has a nice area to relax and is quiet.

Good location. The room is okay, too expensive for the budget room. Internet is closed to nothing in the room, you can only use it in the reception area. I went back again to Santa Cruz and did not stay there again.

Did not carry soap, shampoo or toothpaste in rooms, and no water fountains for clients!!!

We stayed here before our cruise and the place was so nice, we went back after. They offered a discount for multiple days, which was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was attentive and helpful. There was plenty of (drinking) water and a sense of welcoming community. They also had maps and local attractions and a great community space to use the Wi-Fi.

My room was good, service was not so good. The night I arrived the water dispenser was empty. When I asked for water they told me there is nothing they can do about it and I had to wait until they refill it the next day. So I had to pay 2$ for 1 liter of water in the shop next door. The next day I asked where I could rent a bike the cheapest. They obviously had no clue and told me it would cost 15$ in every shop. After searching for 10 minutes I found one for 8$. The worst thing was that on my third day in the morning the water in my bathroom was not working! They told me I they would fix it in 5 minutes, but after half an hour it was still not working and I needed to leave for my tour!
