La Casa de Judy

Only just passable. No Wi-Fi in rooms and hot water only so-so. Bathroom smelt. Just remember that you are in the Galapagos and you can't expect 5 star accommodation.

Stayed there twice, both rooms had ants. Messed up the room so instead of the „nice sea view“ I got a room facing the street.

It's a quaint hotel. Clean above all. Staff is nice, bring your Spanish dictionary as not all of them speak English. There are no bikes for rent unlike someone else wrote. Also no hair dryers, mini fridge or coffee maker. It is a short walk to town. But worth it for the quietness back in this neighborhood. Breakfast is basic and filling. Fruit with yoghurt and cereal, bread with butter and jam, 2 eggs as you like it, and juice plus coffee or tea.

The rooms were nice and Judy was more than happy to help with booking tours and providing information about the island. She also accommodated our needs for a double room and a triple room, which many hotels aren't able to provide. The views are fantastic, even from the second floor. However, the bathrooms aren't amazing, with low water pressure and somewhat leaky toilets. Also, the Wi-Fi doesn't extend to the rooms, and is only available in the halls and the lobby. Overall, Judy's is a great place to stay and experience the Galapagos.

Really lovely place. Clean and staff super friendly and kind. Children very welcome.
