Guillermo was friendly and helped us set up a summit of Cotopaxi on very short notice with three experienced, professional guides. All the gear was included, which was super helpful. And all 6 of our group managed to summit!

The service in general was really good, they even came to the shop on a Sunday to help us out! But we asked for a tent for three and got one for two which even was little bit broken. After telling them, we at least got most of the money back.

Illiniza Norte on 2 days with night at the refuge. Our guide Francisco was at the top! Simple, considerate and competent.
