Its beautiful, but better to visit in spring and autumn - at summer it usually does not work

ONLY IN SPRING!! its basically a very small spring that appears only in spring. There is nothing actually witchcraft related, it's just a old folk tale about the water, not about any witches. It's cold as anything in the winter and just a small well, a closed shack, dead trees and a little sign in the freezing cold. So if you are planning to see it, expect it to be smaller, don't think that it has anything to do with witches and make sure you go in a good time of year.
