For the first time in my life, I bought a plane ticket from a travel agency because their system showed it to be cheaper than an airline. I even called to see if everything was ok. Going to the flight, early in the morning, it was said at check in that Reisiekspert had incorrectly formalized the flight. It was fast. In an emergency, I bought a new ticket from checkin. When I arrived in Estonia, I explained the situation to Reisiekspert. The letters were ignored, then it was said that everything was ok, basically my own mistake. What do you mean? I have made the airline tickets correctly during my life, I tried the broker for the first time and lost 400eur. Avoid this company like the plague!

I do not advise you to contact this company. Booked through lastminute trip to Turkey, 5 star hotel all inclusive. The next day it turned out that they could not offer this hotel. They offered a choice of several others, but all were bad and old. As a result, they convinced me to take the most expensive option for 5 nights for 1240 euros for two. Paid them the full amount. Three days later, or rather less than 24 hours before departure, they inform that there are no places in the hotel, and this is not their fault. They just offered to fly to Turkey with the tickets that they booked and find a hotel for themselves. Without a transfer and any guarantees, they promised to return the rest of the money. They also offered a similar five-star hotel but asked to pay another 300 euros. I refused. REISIEKSPERT apologized, but I was left without a vacation! They refused to refund anything. They promised to return the money. This company is not EXPERT at all, do not contact this office, otherwise your vacation may be “unforgettable” ...
