Ohukotsu, Märjamaa, Raplamaa, 59.007578, 24.569206 59 ° 0 '27.28 ", 24 ° 34' 9.14" The first mention of Ohukotsu Manor dates back to 1484. In the 16th century, the estate belonged to both von Delvigam and von Wrangell. In the 17th century, many owners changed their estate. For a long time, the estate belonged to von Taubam. In the 18-19 centuries, the frequent change of owners of the estate continued. At that time, the estate was in the hands of von Delvigov, von Bukskheov, von Ferzenov, von Wulfsdorff, von Baranoff, and also von Klugenov. From 1842 until the period of nationalization of 1919, the estate belonged to the noble family of von Tiesenhausen. A one-story wooden manor house with a fairly flat roof was built in the middle of the 19th century, at which time the estate belonged to von Tiesenhausen. The house was built in the style of the late classicism. The building was a little asymmetrical, with three windows, as well as an annex with a triangular pediment. Around the site in front of the master's house were quite simple, in architectural terms, secondary buildings. Two roads lead to the central part of the estate, which are alleys. In the 1920s and 30s, the manor house was used as a people's house; in addition, the premises for use by the former owners of the manor were preserved. Most of the building was destroyed at the beginning of the reign of Soviet power in 1940. Permission was obtained to build a beautiful and modern folk house on this site, but this construction permit remained only in words. Ten years later, the building collapsed completely. Only a few secondary buildings in a deplorable state have survived to this day, only ruins remained of some of them. In the stable you can find original lancet windows. In the second half of the 20th century, a house with apartments was built in a private park. The road leading to the center of the estate, branching off the Rapla-Varbola highway (represented by the alley), is now straightened and no longer runs along the same route.
