Stayed in their superior room. The amount of noise during the night is comparable to the one during the day. At 2am there are still motorcycles and trams running. Could not sleep even with the earplugs. The reception could offer only a standard room facing the courtyard without compensation for the price difference. The breakfast was worse than expected or what I read in other reviews and ended up eating porridge only cause everything else was of a poor quality

Newly renovated, clean hotel with a small spa and sauna area. The building and the interior design of the 1930s style is very nice. Right next to freedom square in the center of Tallinn. Parking is a bit inconvenient.

We just came back after 3 nights and we were absolutely satisfied. What makes this place is clearly the level of kindness and professionalism of its staff members. We wondered why for other hotels, it seems so difficult sometimes. The room and the hotels' amenities are absolutely worth 5 stars and we especially enjoyed the food (breakfast & room service) as well as the spa. Wonderful.

Nicely located minutes from the old town. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was adequate and enough choice. Gym and pool area were great. Rooms are modern and have nice showers.

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. Very high standard hotel. Spacious room, fully equipped as needed. Huge and luxurious bathroom. Excellent hotel location, 5 minutes from Old Town Square. In front of the hotel is transportation of all kinds. Breakfast food is varied, tasty and high quality. In summary hotel is highly recommended.
