Legendary. Soviet style. Cheap beer.

It is really a nostalgic place. It he's a very authentic (kind of st Petersburg) vibe there, probably because the crowd there is mostly Russian speaking. Prices are fair. I can't say about food, we only had some beverages there but it is a positive experience. Out of ordinary for "usual" European people.
