Ordered windshield for motorcycle to be sent to my address via package service. It delayed 7 days instead of 4-5 as advertised. Had to call them 3 times to know the situation. The clerks on the phone don't introduce themselves (I spoke estonian), answering like some random Joe "Yeah..." Then finally when it arrived to Estonian shop they confirmed "It will be sent to you and arrive tomorrow" Next evening I call, they say "It's in the shop in Tallinn" and seemed to be waiting that I come to pick it up. I kindly asked to send it to my address as on the initial order. They said "OK" and wanted to hang up. Being a bit suspicious of the service quality I asked to confirm where they would send it and they said completely off city (Tartu instead of Põltsamaa that was on the order) Also asked whether it'd be possible to put it in post the same day it was 1.5 hours before closing and they have multiple courier service boxes within 200m radius), they denied the request with bored voice. It has delayed my travel plans by a week. Will see how the saga ends. Would not recommend their service.
