03/04/21 They called in advance to find out if there is black paper for the bouquet and if they have a flower delivery today. We were told: Yes, there is, come. We arrived there and asked to make a bouquet, as indicated on the phone with black paper. To which we were told - come later, we have an inventory, we have no time for you, take your ordered paper and they are not going to make a bouquet. A woman with glasses is the main hamlo, who does not know how to communicate with clients, she seems to be too star-struck. We were regular customers, unfortunately, we won't come again.

Awful choice of colors which, shall we say, are not presentable. The sellers are harsh and crushing.
