My son's hair grows really slowly and I asked a hairdresser several times to cut a little. During the whole process I was sitting next to him and reminding again and again not to cut too much, until one moment she switched scissors to a machine and shaved almost all the hair despite all my polite but very direct warnings. At one point I even told her to stop cutting that she ignored as much as my previous comments. And the result wasn't even professional. The back side looked as if someone was using the machine for the first time in her life. AWFUL experience. Zero ability of listening.

Nice and attentative service. They have also given a candy to a child in the end.

My daughter is a very girly girl, so I was really surprised when she asked me for a short haircut. As we were visiting Tallinn at this time we decided to try Juuksik - and result was beyond amazing! She loves her new style and we keep getting complements on it. Our hairdresser was a young lady who put a lot of affort into the haircut - it took 2 hours to get it done, but the result was totally worth the wait. Hair lay perfectly at no effort - we do not need to blow dry every morning or use any styling products. Perfect job!

I was there with my kid. He is little bit scared of cutting hair so i thought this should be the perfect place since they work with kids all day long... We met this nice young girl at the reseption and we got an appointment 45 min later. We came on time (16:00) and the hairdresser was waiting for us like she was angry that we didn't came a few minutes earlier. She put on the cape really tight around the neck and i had to open it because my son couldn't relax. She started cutting his hair, it went well but it didn't take long before she was finished. When my son came to me and i saw the result, it looked like a child had cut his hair. We asked before she started cutting if she could cut it short on the sides and keep it a little long on the top. That was not what he got, it was short hair all over. The work she put in the cut was far from nice, we are so dissapointed.
